The entry in category 4 was in the form of a video and the category 6 entry was in book format.
Well done to all the pupils and staff in the school for all their hard work on the projects and their continuing support of Gaelic Games. The winners will be announced at a banquet in Thurles on Friday March 6th.
The boys lost to a strong Hospital NS side in the opening game but followed this with a draw against Bruree NS and wins against Ballylanders NS and Athlacca NS. Well done boys.
Attention now turns to the camogie which takes place next Tuesday.
The pupils of 4th & 5th class had great fun investigating friction using matchbox cars.
The children used a ramp to launch the car and measured the distance it travelled on different surfaces. They also explored the classroom to look for textures which were rough or smooth.
